We want you to be completely satisfied with your choice. Upon delivery, you are welcome to inspect your order and try on your frames before finalizing your Cash on Delivery (COD) payment.
- If you keep your order: We cover the shipping fees as a courtesy to our community.
- If you choose to return the order at the time of delivery (COD): A delivery fee will be applied to cover the courier service.
- For pre-paid orders: If you decide to return the items upon inspection, we will issue a refund through your original payment method, minus the shipping fees incurred.
- Return Window: For pre-paid orders, returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be in original, unworn condition with all packaging included.
